FEDERAL RECORDS SEARCH
Every citizen falls under the dominion of a state, commonwealth or district, and the federal government itself. The federal court system handles three types of cases: civil, criminal and bankruptcy. although most legal disputes and criminal cases are
settled in state courts, any case that has alleged violations of federal statutory or constitutional rights would be heard in the federal forum. Criminal cases include mail fraud, drug trafficking, civil rights violations, or any violation of federal
criminal law. (Availability of results may vary from state to state.)
STATE OF MINNESOTA CRIMINAL RECORD SEARCH
This report will contain felony and gross misdemeanor convictions from age eighteen, which occur in the State of Minnesota. This report will require a release of information form signed by the applicant and notarized. (This report does not require
fully rolled fingerprints and results are usually available within 24 hours.)
ADDITIONAL STATEWIDE SEARCHES
Our company has been cleared to do criminal record searches in most states in the United States. This report will contain felony and gross misdemeanor convictions from age eighteen. This report will require a release of information form signed by the
applicant and notarized. (The request for state criminal records other than Minnesota will take longer to get the results depending on the state.)
COUNTY BY COUNTY CRIMINAL SEARCHES
When statewide searches are not possible, county by county searches will be conducted. This report will contain all court records involving the applicant within that county. These records will contain all information whether there was a conviction or
not. Information on arrests from felonies to parking tickets will be available in most cases. A release of information form is not required. This is a good report to use if you do not want the applicant to know you are checking on them. (The
availability of results will vary from county to county and state to state.)
FINGERPRINTING
If fingerprints are required, we have the required equipment and proper forms. In most cases we will perform the fingerprinting at our office. We can also send a qualified representative to your office and roll the applicants fingerprints.
