We provide Certified Death Certificates for every state, U.S. possession, and the District of Columbia. We also provide U.S. Department of State form OF-180: REPORT OF DEATH OF AMERICAN CITIZEN ABROAD, as well as the Military Report of Causality. As associate members of major funeral home and mortician associations, and the International Cemetery and Funeral Association, we have lines of communication with over 90% of funeral homes and over 100,000 cemeteries nationwide.

All confirmed locates are transmitted to the client DAILY, by facsimile, or WEEKLY via PRIORITY MAIL if provided by computerized media. Available OBIT copies are provided on a special order basis.
