Follow-Back Searches

If the client provides a Death Certificate, we will locate one or more living individuals (including Next-of-Kin, or other family members, neighbors, or former employers) who claim to have personally known the decedent, and we provide mailing addresses and available telephone numbers. A $15.00 non-refundable computer setup fee is imposed on every subject file in addition to the choice of search types and fees as reflected in the PRODUCT/SERVICE SCHEDULE.
Various categories may be MIXED to arrive at a volume total. Searches are absolutely guaranteed (unless otherwise stated - and excepting established setup fees.) WE, OF COURSE, CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY OR QUANTITY OF INFORMATION DERIVED FROM FOLLOW-BACK INTERVIEWS, WHICH MAY OR MAY NOT BE CONDUCTED BY THE CLIENT. However, for the the Follow-Back studies, we often uncover a number of people who may fit the criteria in each individual case. In these types of cases, we automatically include ALL of these qualified persons, rather than limiting our response to only one individual! It should be noted that this inclusion is of a voluntary nature, and is not considered in any manner in the PRODUCT/SERVICES SCHEDULE.
