Determine Vital Statistics

When the subject's vital statistics are uncertain, or no Death Certificate is provided by the client, we must determine if the subject is living or deceased. If living, we provided a verified world-wide address and available phone number. If deceased, we provide the place of death, in order that a Death Certificate can be acquired via our PROTOCOL, our the client's own procurement. A $15.00 non-refundable computer setup fee is imposed on each subject file, in addition to the choice of fees as reflected in our PRODUCT/SERVICES SCHEDULE. Search request may be made via facsimile transmission, computer disc, 9-track tape, microfiche, U.S. Mail, or any other media suitable to the client.
