We operate databases that may not be available to other search agencies, i.e. Name on the Wall, NYC Births (every birth thru 1975), and many others. Additionally, we have paid fees, and are a licensee for 31 online search type databases such as MVR & Drivers License Records, Property Owners/Renters, and every credit bureau.
"Standard Search" is based on NO FIND - NO FEE! These searches are absolutely guaranteed, unless otherwise stated. Each search includes all electronic database and surname, address, zip code, telephone crisscross, motor vehicle, license tag, and drivers license verification, Death Benefit Master File tracing, all national credit bureau online traces - including Social Security tracing of live subjects, telephone verifications when applicable, facsimile transmissions, first class postage as needed, and all other TIME AND MATERIALS, except as follows:

A) Any City, County, State, or Federal Government fees for certification, i.e. Birth, Marriage, Divorce, and Death Certificates, and if requested s part of , or the result of any basic search, will be charged at the same rate as the governmental agency fee, plus $5.00 handling fee.

B) Special RUSH freight and postage beyond the minimum 1ST CLASS type of shipping.

C) Searches outside the United States and its Possessions.

In each case, the client shall PRE-DESIGNATE THE SUBJECT (Pensioner, Beneficiary, Next-of-Kin, etc.) And Folks Finders, Ltd. will attempt to locate.

Folks Finders, Ltd. will first trace the pre-designated subject through the Social Security Death Master File, through all national credit bureau networks to locate recent credit activity - as needed, through all available nationwide telephone crisscross and reverse directories to search for relatives and previous neighbors. Many other databases are searched as required. Our Search Specialists are required to confirm each "LOCATE." CONFIRMED LOCATES will be transmitted to the client daily via fax. All other results will be presented en mass upon the conclusion of the project.
