1. Fill out all the information that is requested on the form
2. Sign the form
3. If you are designing your own web site include a disk with the files on it or email the files to us at: pimall@alltel.net
4. If you are having a link made, please include your complete web address
5. Please include an email address for our offices to contact you if necessary
6. Please include a copy of your PI License, or business license.
7. Once we receive the paperwork, it will be less than 6 hours and you will be in the Mall!
8. Check the Mall and you will see your name added!

10. If you want to fax the papers to us, the fax is (706) 654-5862 and you MUST fax ALL pages to us
DO NOT FORGET TO INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR PI OR BUSINESS LICENSE.
11. If you send us your files to store on the PI Mall, you MUST send us updates of these files when you change them. If you have another web site and send us the files to store on our site, when you change the other web site, you MUST send us the same files.
