The Certified Insurance Claims Investigator consists of five comprehensive manuals on conducting insurance claims investigation and a comprehensive 200 question test. Once you study the training material, you take the test and send it in to NAIS for grading. Upon successful completion , NAIS will issue to you an NAIS certification in your name as a Certified Insurance Claims Investigator and you will then have the right to use C.I.CI (Certified Insurance Claims Investigator) after your name.
