XL 1600 Countermeasures Line Probe

The Model# XL 1600 AC Line Antenna Adapter is a device specifically designed and custom manufactured to allow utilization of the existing AC line wiring to create a grid matrix antenna system. The XL 1600 is specifically designed for electronic counter measures to assist in the locating of hidden transmitters. The unit is protected by a fast acting fuse circuit and provides output through a standard BNC connector.

By utilizing the existing AC wiring system, a grid matrix antenna is created based upon the extent of the building wiring. The matrix is most sensitive to signals generated within the matrix and is less sensitive to signals generated outside the matrix. This filtering system makes signals generated inside the matrix easier to identify and locate.
