If you have not looked lately, America Online is becoming the nation's web
server. In December of 1996, AOL went to a flat rate of $19.95 per month
unlimited access for it's services. With it's new 3.0 software, you can
use any web browser you wish including Netscape 3.0 for web access. That
means you get total internet access PLUS everything on AOL for only $19.95
per month. AOL has become the quick-start way to get on the Internet. Membership
has surpassed the six million mark.

Hoovers gives you access to FTC type profiles on companies. A GREAT tool
for business investigations. Use keyword on America Online: masterlist
FINDING LOCAL WEB SITES YOU CAN USE THROUGH AOL
It's called digital cities! On America Online, just use a keyword search
for your city. You'll get links of important local web sites. Some have
free links for your own web page which can increase traffic.
AOL MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY
You can search AOL profiles by screen name, actual name and location (city/state)
and use a search profile field such as PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR. This gives
you the ability to do things like locate all the private investigators in
a certain city or state that have profiles on AOL. Can be very helpful
to locate one of some six million members of America Online. KEYWORD: member
