RFK - Beyond A Question Of Conspiracy - Sample Material From The Investigative Report
William F. Garner stated that he was on the floor below as Senator Kennedy came off the stage but he was
behind the stage when Kennedy finished his speech and likely guided the senator towards the pantry.
Uecker and Ceaser thought they were going in the other direction down the stairs to the floor below.
“Kennedy was walking through the kitchen, his route out of the ballroom. A man stepped out
of the crowd and shot Kennedy. Kennedy's bodyguards fired back.” - Don Schulman, Reporter LA KNXT-TV
"After I went out through the swinging doors, there where three of us that had our guns out.” – Thane Cesar
“I’m absolutely convinced that Sirhan's gun did not fire the bullets that killed Bobby. There was a second gun there
and it was fired.” - William Bailey - Former FBI Agent - Scene Of Crime Investigator
There Is Evidence Of Too Many Bullets Fired
The LADP removed ceiling tiles that had bullet holes in them. They removed eleven.
Forensics experts including the FBI determined that at least two bullets hit a door frame.
The ceiling tiles were destroyed by the LAPD because they said, "they would not fit in a file cabinet."
The LAPD stated that the FBI forensic expert, autopsy doctor and many police officers were wrong
about the bullet holes in the door frame and that they were nail heads. The door frame was also destroyed.
If there was more than eight shots, someone else was firing a gun as Sirhan's gun only held eight shots.
