What is RUFF?  Ruff is the NEWEST program from CIBIR Corp.  Building on the need for PI's to be able to get a list of files from a computer quickly and easily and bypass any password protection, RUFF has been developed.  RUFF runs on any Windows computer.  Meaning Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT. 

Password Bypass! As long as the computer does not have a BIOS or power-on password, Ruff will run.   Even if after you start the computer there is a Windows sign-on or Network password, RUFF does not care.  Once the program starts, all you need is a Formatted floppy or two, and you are ready to go!

Easy To Use! Insert RUFF into the floppy drive of the target computer and power it on.  Once the program loads, all you do is type RUFF and hit enter.  Once this is done, the program will make a COMPLETE list of ALL files.  Trust me, you will be amazed at what RUFF can find!  Deleted files, hidden files, etc.  RUFF does it all!  Plus Ruff will search EVERY hard drive on the computer, including any NETWORK drives!  All with NO INPUT FROM YOU! 

Detects Hidden Files: SInce Ruff bypasses password protected folders, it scans for the files inside those files. It will also pull deleted files.

Walk Away With Complete File Directory: Once the search is made, you will be asked to insert a formatted floppy disk and Ruff will write the list of files, with date, time, and size to the floppy disk in a ZIP format.  If it needs more space, Ruff will ask for another disk!

Fast Scans! This program runs FAST!  Again, no passwords execpt a BIOS or power-on password can stop it.  And there are ways around those as well! 

Now You have Hard Evidence! When you get back to your office, just insert the disk you put the files on, uncompress the file, and use any Word Processor to read the file!  You will know all the files on the computer, when they were created, what files were erased, LOTS of good information that can help your case.  And you need NO computer knowledge to use this program!
