The Trail Of Painted Ponies DVD
With Ali MacGraw- 120 Minutes

It all started as a public art for charity project in the state of New Mexico. Using full-size polyurethane horses, from an original form sculpted by world-renowned bronze artist Star Liana York, each of the118 artists transformed their canvas into unique works of art limited only by their individual imaginations. Today that Trail continues with existing and new artists continuing to use Star s horse as their canvas. Taking the country, and now the world by stampede, many of the original works of art have been transformed into ceramic and resin miniature horse collectibles available through Westland Giftware. You may recall a similar public art for charity project that was conceived several years ago utilizing the cow as its art form, titled Cows On Parade , well don t be surprised if the merchandising and sales of the Ponies miniatures make cow pies out of the Cows on Parade . The Trail Of Painted Ponies miniatures created as a result of the public art for charity project in New Mexico, are destined to become one of the greatest merchandising collectibles of all times. Whether you are a serious collector, art lover, horse lover or maybe you re just enamored with the beauty and culture of the American Southwest, regardless, The Trail of Painted Ponies has something to offer everyone. Miniatures, Christmas ornaments, coffee mugs, coffee table books, and the award-winning film which provides a provocative inside look as to how this whole public art for charity project in New Mexico was started.
